Initial commit: notification-elements-demo app

Interactive Angular 19 demo for @sda/notification-elements-ui with
6 sections: Bell & Feed, Notification Center, Inbox, Comments &
Threads, Mention Input, and Full-Featured layout. Includes mock
data, dark mode toggle, and real-time event log.

+- JS has no keyword arguments support.
+  -  Pass options instead: `new ArgumentParser({ description: 'example', add_help: true })`.
+- JS has no python's types `int`, `float`, ...
+  - Use string-typed names: `.add_argument('-b', { type: 'int', help: 'help' })`.
+- `%r` format specifier uses `require('util').inspect()`.
